CSR PROJECT
The Aadhar Kishori Kalyan Project, launched by Aadhaar Housing Finance Limited, represents a significant initiative aimed at bolstering the growth and empowerment of Acid Attack Survivors. By addressing the plight of these survivors, the project seeks to break the barriers of marginalization and stigmatization that they have faced. By creating a supportive platform, it endeavors to foster a sense of dignity, inclusivity, and strength among the survivors, particularly girls and women, who have endured unimaginable challenges. Through this undertaking, the project aspires to pave the way for a more compassionate and equitable society, where opportunities abound for all, irrespective of their past struggles, offering a ray of hope for a brighter future for those who have been marginalized due to the heinous crime of acid attacks.

Through this project in FY 2023-2024 and FY 2024-2025 (in 22 months) , Aadhar Housing Finance Limited and Chhanv Foundation catered to SKILL- BASED VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF THE SURVIVORS by focusing on the following:-
-Soft Skills (Computer, Language Training and Personality Development) & Hard Skills (Bakery and Confectionery, Handicrafts Training)
-Creating work opportunities for 56 Survivors who are Medically Rehabilitated in Noida, Agra, Lucknow and Kolkata
-Strengthening the sustainability and infrastructure of Sheroes Training Centers.
